Nabiha Ettayebi
Nabiha has always had a passion for helping others and soon realized that her ability to communicate in English, French and Arabic, enabled her to communicate with a large variety of people.  She spent the last ten years expanding her vast knowledge in sales and property management.  She served for three years as the Leasing Manager for one of the top Real Estate Companies in the Washington Metropolitan Area where her bilingual capabilities enabled her to assist multiple embassies and major corporations throughout the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.
She has dedicated her life to assisting others and thrives on using her experience to help others find a "place to call home"!  She is definitely a "people person" will oftentimes help clients who are new to the area find care for their children, stores, doctors, etc.  Nabiha goes out of her way to meet whatever demands or questions her clients may have and her number one goal is to place people where they will be comfortable and happy.  Helping others gives Nabiha a great sense of satisfaction and pride in her profession.
Paula Lewis
Paula Lewis is currently attending Westwood College where she is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. However, her background is in Property Management. During the last 15 years, she has worked as a Property Management Specialist for Residential Properties in the Northern Virginia area. Her responsibilities included contract development, tenant relations, rentals, as well as marketing. She also attended the National Fair Housing Academy, & received the Fair Housing and Ethical Practices Program Certification. Being bilingual, understanding the industry and housing market, has allowed Paula the luxury of making a smooth transition into her new role as a Housing Locator.  One thing that really appealed to her about this opportunity is helping the less fortunate find affordable housing.  She is looking forward to working with agencies within the Fairfax-Falls Church Community partnership & the families we all serve!

Housing Locator Statistics - October 2010

posted Dec 2, 2010 8:31 AM by Housing Locator Network

In the month of October, housing locators at 5 organizations provided housing search and placement assistance to 232 homeless households in the Fairfax-Falls Church Community. By accessing various community resources and developing strong relationships with landlords, housing locators helped 35 families and 17 individuals find and secure stable housing

We are so proud to be partners with organizations that are helping make significant changes in people's lives and our community by finding stable and affordable housing for these households. As we continue to expand The Housing Locator Network,  we hope to have information from more organizations by the beginning of the new year!
